Challenge
For 282 Green Avenue, the challenge lay in delivering a clean, contemporary façade system that reinforced the tower’s strong architectural identity while meeting the performance demands of high-density urban living. Sedam was responsible for all aluminium and glass works, including balcony glazing, façade panels, and window systems. The building’s distinctive pattern of projecting terraces and recessed volumes required precise coordination to ensure visual continuity, structural accuracy, and long-term durability. Balancing daylight, privacy, and thermal efficiency was essential, especially within a busy district like Tecom. Through careful detailing and close collaboration with the project team, Sedam’s work helped achieve a façade that is both refined and resilient, enhancing the tower’s presence within the cityscape.
