Al Saud Building is a contemporary mixed-use development in Sharjah, combining offices, residential apartments, and retail spaces within a unified architectural form. Its clean geometry, rhythmic façade, and illuminated accents create a strong visual identity along the urban corridor.

Challenge
For the Al Saud Building, the challenge was to deliver an aluminium and glass package that supported a diverse mixed-use program while maintaining the building’s cohesive architectural language. Sedam was responsible for all façade glazing and aluminium systems, including windows, retail frontages, and coordinated framing elements across offices, residences and shops. The design’s distinctive rhythm of recessed openings and illuminated geometric bands required precise alignment and consistent detailing across the long, continuous elevation. Balancing daylight, privacy, and performance for multiple user groups - residents, office tenants, and retailers was essential. Through careful fabrication and installation, Sedam reinforced the building’s contemporary character while ensuring durability, efficiency, and visual clarity across its entire façade.
