Challenge
The project required a complete transformation of the existing building, calling for a full redesign and overhaul of its aluminium, glass, and cladding systems. The challenge lay in revitalizing an older structure while giving it a bold new identity worthy of a luxury automotive brand. The client emphasized the need for a contemporary landmark that would elevate the Belresheed Group’s presence, enhance visibility along the street, and create a distinct architectural signature. Balancing technical upgrades with aesthetic impact, while working within the constraints of the existing framework was at the core of the design and execution process.
