Challenge
R Holding envisioned a corporate headquarters that would serve as a modern landmark for Ajman - an architectural statement reflecting progress, stability, and local heritage. The challenge lay in realizing the building’s distinctive round form, inspired by the hull of a boat, a symbol deeply connected to the emirate’s maritime legacy. Achieving this curvature in glass and aluminum required advanced engineering, customized façade systems, and precise coordination between design and fabrication teams. The result is a structure that merges technical innovation with cultural symbolism, standing as a testament to craftsmanship and precision.
