Azha Community is Ajman’s first gated residential enclave, thoughtfully planned to prioritize comfort, connection, and everyday wellbeing. Challenge
The client’s vision for Azha Community was to create Ajman’s first gated residential neighborhood, defined by a clear sense of entry, security, and contemporary design. Within this framework, Sedam was responsible for delivering all aluminium and glass works - from main community gates and feature entrances to façade glazing, balcony systems, and clubhouse openings. The challenge was to create a unified architectural language that enhanced the development’s identity while meeting demanding standards for durability, security, and privacy. Sedam’s scope balanced generous natural light with thermal and acoustic performance, ensuring that homes and shared spaces feel open and bright while remaining comfortable for end users. Through carefully detailed systems and coordinated installation, the aluminium and glass package contributes significantly to the community’s modern, welcoming character.
